Psychology for Mental Health

At Cogniful Psychology, we know modern life can be challenging. Clients seek out our services for many different reasons and problems. We frequently provide evidence based, psychological treatment for anxiety and panic disorder, low mood and depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, low self-esteem, anger difficulties and addictive behaviours. 

Our aim is to help you understand and work with your distress and to manage your emotional pain. Clinical Psychologists draw on a range of different models and therapies to treat emotional based difficulties; we will select an approach that has been proven to be effective for your set of difficulties. We see clients at various life stages and transition points and support the demands and expectations of young people starting out, working age adults and older adults approaching their latter years.

Clients come to our service when they find their mental health is suffering, and despite their best efforts, they are struggling to cope. Many might feel stuck, unsure or even hopeless about how to manage their difficulties and improve their situation. We know it takes people courage to reach out, and you can be assured of a warm and positive response from us and that professional help is available.
